ENTER GOD’S PRESENCE AND STAY THERE

ENTER GOD’S PRESENCE AND STAY THERE

ENTER GOD’S PRESENCE AND STAY THERE 150 150 Bethel Campus Fellowship

Hebrews 10:19-22: And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. (NLT)

God created us to have fellowship with Him and enjoy His love and power. This fellowship was broken when sin entered into the human race and has continued ever since. Because of this break in fellowship, we all have had to endure a life of alienation from God. This alienation has led to more sin and wickedness in our lives and unrelenting heartaches that come from not knowing God.

Because of His great love for you, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ to be the sacrifice, the payment for your sins. He made this payment by shedding His blood for you on the cross of Calvary. God also raised Him from the dead to show that this sacrifice was accepted.

This payment is complete and comes with many benefits. Because of that payment, you have forgiveness for all the bad things you have ever done. The payment Jesus made on the cross also gives you access to God, your Father.

The blood of Jesus provides forgiveness and access to God’s throne. His body which was broken for you also has an added significance of being the way through which you can access the Father. In addition, He is alive and now in heaven making intercession for you before God.

What a privilege you have been given, He is the way out of any mess, confusion, sin or losses suffered in your life. He is also the only one who can give you satisfaction and rest in your soul.

All He asks you to do is to come to Him and believe in Him. When you believe in Him, you activate all these good things He has provided and trust me, there is more.

Because of this access you have to God, you can approach Him anytime, on any day to receive strength and everything you need to have a glorious life.

So what next? Hebrews 4:14-16 Now that we know what we have—Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God—let’s not let it slip through our fingers. We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all—all but the sin. So, let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help. (MSG)

PRAYER: Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that what you have done for me is true and powerful. I repent of everything wrong in my life and hold on to this message of freedom. From today, I am happy to know that I can approach God at any day, at any time, to receive mercy and help and to fellowship with my heavenly Father. Amen.
