Welcome to the 2024 BCF Training & Equipping Conference (TEC), formerly known as “Leadership Conference”.

Over the years we have come together annually in September to strengthen, empower and encourage the leaders in the ministry and all who play pivotal roles in accomplishing the vision of BCF. We have come to realize though that we don’t need to only equip and train those individuals who formally hold the title of “leader” but all who serve in any capacity in BCF. It is our recognition of this that has necessitated a rebranding!

Join us this year as we dive into the specific application of the charge that Paul gives, “Imitate me as I Imitate Christ”. Jesus embodied servanthood, humility, leadership and service and it was this template that Paul sought to replicate and encourage all who name themselves by Jesus Christ to do the same.
