Be Sanctified

Description:
Bethel Campus Fellowship’s 4th annual Intercessory Prayer Camp is scheduled for Friday, November 5th @7pm – Sunday, November 7th, 2021 @11am. This year’s theme is “Be Sanctified” based on Isaiah 56; Matthew 23:33-36; 2 Chronicles 7:14; Isa 1:9. For 3 days we will be fasting without food or water. As the world is in a place of chaos and uncertainty, we as people of God, are gathering together to fast and pray.

Similar to Queen Esther in Esther 4:14, everyone who is in the Kingdom of God, is called to be a special instrument in God’s plan on the Earth. We are expecting God to humble us, revive us, draw us nearer to Him in the place of prayer and intercession, and to use us to declare His Word and promises over this nation.

Breakout session topic selections:

#1. Choosing Holiness in my everyday life (what does it look like / how can it be practical?)
In this breakout session, we will tackle how making discussions in the flesh hinders spiritual growth and gives room for sin. “How can we overcome fleshly desires?” “What does feeding the Spirit mean?” The goal of this breakout session is to identify how we have been walking in the flesh and how to overcome those patterns by actively walking out the Word of God.
 #2. Being Victorious in prayer

What does it mean to be victorious in prayer? If I am struggling to pray, how do I press through?  How do I tarry in prayer when nothing looks like it is changing? In this breakout session, we will identify what our prayer lives are meant to look like, how to pray from a place of victory, identify labels for what hinders us in receiving victory, and what it looks like to remain in prayer until victory comes (how to increase prayer stamina).

#3. “I desire growth.”

In this breakout session, we will discuss living out the Word of God. Do our lives reflect what the bible says? “How can I grow in my walk with God when I feel stuck and like I have been in the same place for a long time?”. “What do I do when I am not seeing maturity in my walk?” We will tackle the topic of growing in our walk with God and preventing complacency.

#4. It’s all in my head: Overcoming Thoughts

Proverbs 23:7 – As You Think, So You Are. Sometimes we take on thoughts that God did not say about us and hold them to be true. How can we identify those things and overcome them? How do I destroy these ideas and replace them with godly thoughts? This breakout session is designed to help us uncover and expose thoughts and patterns that keep believers from being all that God says we are.
