Psalm 62:5: Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. (NIV)
Our reference scripture is from a Psalm of King David and it is speaking about having hope.
Christian hope looks at King Jesus, setting our gaze upon Him.
He is the one who sustains us and strengthens us. David put it this way:“He only is my rock and my salvation, He is my defense, I shall not be moved” Psalm 62: 6 (NKJV)
Let your hope and all that you expect come from Jesus Christ, the One who died on the cross of calvary for you and rose again on the third day.
He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. He has provided all you need for life and godliness and He is coming back one day for you. When He comes, you will see Him and be like Him. This is our Living Hope.
Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Colossians 1:27)
PRAYER: Thank You Jesus for Your Word. Thank You for being my Living Hope, You paid the price for my sins on the cross and rose again to give me the victory. You are coming back for me one day as I keep myself pure and wait for you. Lord, let my expectation always come from You and You alone. In Jesus Name, Amen.
