In our reference scripture, Jesus makes it clear who He is, He is the good Shepherd that gives His life for the sheep. This revelation of Jesus Christ clearly reveals His love and compassion for you. Unlike false shepherds who may want to manipulate or deceive you, He is a good Shepherd that wants to tenderly love and guide you into all truth.

His character as good Shepherd is made clear in His life while He was on earth. He left heaven and came to this world when He saw you walking on a path that would ultimately lead to destruction and hell fire. He loved you so much that He died to pay for your sins. He resurrected after three days and is ever present to provide all the guidance and direction you need in life.

He promises to teach you, watch over you and protect you if you would allow Him. He promises to guide you into your purpose and make you live out the real reason God made you. He also promises to keep you from evil and teach you how to overcome Satan and all his tricks.

If you would truly surrender to Him today, you can be sure to live a fulfilling and glorious life and end up in heaven with God after you die.
