Dining

The registration fee covers all meals at the conference.

However, we customarily fast on Saturday from 6 am – dinner.

Transportation

We have designated transportation for individuals and groups coming from DE, FL, GA, KY, MD, NC, NY, OH, PA, and VA.

If you live outside of these states and would like to fly to conference at your own expense, check out the FAQs for the airports closest to the Ridgecrest Conference Center.

Accommodations

The registration fee also covers your accommodations during the conference.

Standard accommodations are cabin style rooms with varying occupancy.

Hotel style rooms come at an additional cost for attendees over 25 and married couples.

General Information

Where is the event located?

This conference is held at the Lifeway Ridgecrest Conference Center (1 Ridgecrest Drive, Ridgecrest, NC 28770).

Can my sibling(s) attend the conference?

Yes. High school students are welcome to come to the conference. However, each high school participant under 18 years old must have a parent sign the BCF-required parental consent form to participate. This has to be sent to contact@bethelcampusfellowship.com before the Conference. Minors without a signed consent form will not be allowed to attend the conference.

Will I have to miss work and/or class?

The conference starts at 1:00pm on Friday, February 18th so you will have to utilize an absence to get the full experience. We have a letter of absence to give your job/school if you need it. The conference will run from Friday, February 18th to Sunday, February 20th.

If you will be leaving with BCF provided transportation, please take note of the general times of departure:

  • Maryland will be leaving Thursday evening
  • Georgia will be leaving very early on Friday morning
  • North Carolina will be leaving Friday morning
  • Virginia will be leaving Thursday evening

What should I wear?

In February, North Carolina is typically very cold, with the possible chances of rain and/or snow. So, it is recommended that you bring an umbrella, warm clothing, and flat comfortable shoes or boots. A jacket/coat is also recommended, along with typical winter wear i.e. hats, gloves, etc

What should I bring to the conference?

  • Your bible & journal, and a heart to receive 
  • Your face mask and appropriate clothing 
  • Money for food, offering, and to buy things from the bookstore
  • Any medication you’ve been medically prescribed

Will food be provided during the bus ride or will I need to bring money with me (for food)?

Bring money with you. The buses will most likely stop for food Friday morning before getting to the conference site. You are also welcome to bring snacks with you for the bus ride.

What if I don't live in the states with provided transportation or I want to fly to North Carolina?

If you live outside of the states in which we provide transportation and would like to fly to conference, these are the closest airports to the Ridgecrest Conference Center:

  • Asheville Regional Airport (AVL): Ridgecrest is approximately 30 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport
  • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT): Charlotte Airport to Ridgecrest is about a 2-hour drive

Who do I contact if I have special accommodations for rooming or have a rooming request?

Please send an email to contact@bethelcampusfellowship.com for all rooming requests. Requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate you. You must be registered before making rooming requests.

Registration

Does my conference registration cover transportation and/or rooming at Ridgecrest?

Yes. If you will be leaving from a location we provide transportation, then your registration covers transportation and rooming.

Will I receive a confirmation of registration?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. The installment payment breakout will be shown on the registration form and must be made by the specified due date on the form. The remaining balance will be automatically charged on the nearest registration deadline date but you can log in and complete the payment at any time before then.

NOTE: If you register using the Installment Payment option, your registration will only be confirmed after the scheduled payment is successfully processed.

Can I register as a group?

Yes, Group Registration is available. After clicking SAVE ATTENDEE (at the end of the form) you can then select Add Attendee to register another individual before completing the total payment. A maximum of 20 individuals can be registered as a group.

NOTE: With Group Registration, only one credit/debit card can be used to pay for all the registrants. Additionally, ONLY the registrant that entered his/her email under Billing Information will be able to create/login to the account.

If you would like each member of the group to register individually, you can fill out the group registration form here and give the code received to each member of your group.

Are refreshments, lunch and dinner included in the price?

Food is included with the conference registration. However, we will be fasting on Saturday, February 15th from 6 am – 6 pm.

When should I arrive at my pickup location for BCF-provided transportation?

You should plan to arrive at your designated pickup location at the following times*:

  • MD –  Thursday evening
  • VA (VSU) – Thursday evening
  • NC – Friday morning
  • GA – Friday morning

Can I register and pay at the door?

ALL registration and payment must be completed online.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All cancellations must be made by February 01st.

A fee of $65 will apply to all cancellations made between February 2nd-8th, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be given.

The registration fees shown above do not include an approximately 3% transaction and processing fee, which is payable at registration checkout.

At the Conference

Are we fasting during the conference?

We are observing a 6:00 am to 6:00 pm fast on Saturday, February 15th, at the conference. The only meal on that Saturday will be dinner at about 6:00 pm. If this presents a problem for you, please let one of the leaders at the conference know. There will be snacks and water to accommodate those who are unable to fast.

Do I have to dress up on Sunday?

Come as you are! You can bring your Sunday best if you want. Keep in mind that you will be traveling right after so make sure you are comfortable in whatever you wear.

Will there be a prayer and counseling room?

Yes! Throughout the conference, you will be able to receive prayer and counseling.
