Please use this form to request:
- A change to 1 or more personal information of your registration
- An increase to your existing group code
- To change your pickup location
- Cancellation of your registration – for a refund, according to our refund policy
- A registration swap
Deadline to request any change (and to register for swaps): January 31, 2026
Please Note (for transportation change requests): Changes are not guaranteed, depending on space at your desired pickup location.
- All cancellations must be made by January 31st, 2026.
- A late cancellation fee of $65.00 will apply for all cancellations made between January 1st – 31st, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
- Refunds will be issued only on registration fees and adjusted for the late cancellation fee above if applicable. Transaction and processing fees paid during registration are non-refundable.
