National Conference Registration Change Request

Thank you for your interest in attending the Bethel Campus Fellowship National Conference.

Please use this form to request:

  • A change to 1 or more personal information of your registration
  • An increase to your existing group code
  • To change your pickup location
  • Cancellation of your registration – for a refund, according to our refund policy
  • A registration swap

Deadline to request any change (and to register for swaps): January 31, 2026

Please Note (for transportation change requests): Changes are not guaranteed, depending on space at your desired pickup location.

  1. All cancellations must be made by January 31st, 2026.
  2. A late cancellation fee of $65.00 will apply for all cancellations made between January 1st – 31st, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
  3. Refunds will be issued only on registration fees and adjusted for the late cancellation fee above if applicable. Transaction and processing fees paid during registration are non-refundable.
